Anal glands impaction

I believe my dogs anal glands are impacted again, acts similar to the last time but this time very lethargic, staying very still. He walks hunched, slow, cautious to go up or down stairs, tail between legs. Still eating, peeing, pooping just acts uncomfortable. I live far away from vet, no emergency clinic, Dr won’t be in until Monday (,this is Friday evening) Can this actually be just anal glands impaction? No fever, no vomiting

Typically anal sac impaction does not cause systemic signs unless there is an infection as well. Also the signs could be related to a lower back problem. Your pet definitely needs an examination!
