Applying multiple brands of flea meds on dogs

I am so impressed with all the wonderful things y’all are doing for those very fortunate rescues! Thank you for caring.

I usually deflea with Frontline Plus or Advantage II on my 40 plus rescued dogs/cats. Recently I found a ton of fleas on two kennel mates and promptly sprayed on with Virbac Knockout and the other with Ovitrol one day ago. Can I now safely apply Frontline Plus or Avantage II on them?
Thank you so much for your Veterinarian question/answer section.

Answer from Dr. Gaylord Brown:
Yes, you may use the spot on treatments in addition to the sprays. The mode of action with the spot on meds is completely different than the sprays. Therefor, it is safe to use these in combination.
