I give my dogs heartworm medication every month on the same day each month. My vet is always making me get a heartworm test done every year. Is is really necessary if I never miss a dose?

Question about my cats breathing

When my 5 year-old cat is in a deep sleep, she wheezes loudly. She doesn’t do this when she’s awake. Should I be concerned? Her 3 year-old daughter becomes mean and bites when she chews celery, cabbage or catnip. Why? Is it the same as the “happy drunk” and the “mean drunk”?
