16-year old neutered male cat has developed random head twitch within last 6 mos. Does not lose balance.

Eats & drinks normally. Regular vet says nothing to be concerned about, not unusual for cat’s age.

The exam should have included an exam of the ears. If there is no ear infection present this may be a quirk of age. However, I would watch for advancement of signs and run laboratory work and get some radiographs if there are.
