At the Sanctuary we use Blue Buffalo Salmon recipe. There are other high quality foods available. Look for food with a unique protein and carbohydrate source. You should avoid by products, corn and wheat. If you use these simple rules the food you feed will be of good nutritional value. If your beagle has a particular health issue such as obesity or bowel disease there are specific varieties of veterinary diets to address a number of such conditions. discuss these with your veterinarian.
