feline leukemia positive cats

I try to provide a home for feline leukemia positive cats and currently have 4 males. I would like to enhance their immune function. Two are weak and being hand fed. Both had fevers of 104 brought down by antibiotics. One of them has anemia. They are currently taking lixotinic, DMG, echinacea, astragalus and lactated ringers orally. Do you have any recommendations?

When spiking fevers antibiotics must be given. We also use hemp oil at a dose of one to two ml. orally each day. They also get vitamin B and Iron injections weekly. The lactated ringers we prefer given subcutaneously.
