What medications and natural nutrients are safe for my westie. Her COPD is severe. She was near death from pneumonia in December.

For a patient with COPD we generally use theophylline and prednisilone. With the added complication of kidney disease the dose is modulated to lowest effective dose. For the kidney disease we use a product called Renavastin supplement with hemp oil.
