She has a collesped tracea and poops like 5 times a day with some blood in it. She sleeps all day but does eat good at night. She has two tumors and I know one of them is benign. Is it time to put her down?

End of life decisions are difficult and I am sorry you are having to face this decision. At the Sanctuary we use appetite, interaction with staff members, and the control of pain as the primary criteria in making this decision. It is our desire to have our animals live as long as they want to live. If they stop eating, no longer interact with their caregivers, and have intractable pain we know it is time to let them go. As a long time companion, I am certain you will know when it is time to let your old friend go.
