Will a natural product flea and tick collar work as well as something like Frontline?

I have not found the natural products to be very effective. The flea and tick collars are less than ideal. I am empathetic with the concern over chemicals; however, there are real health threats with fleas and ticks that cannot be minimized. We are using an oral product called Bravecto for our dogs and are happy with Revolution for our cats.
